Stephen is a terrific real estate agent! He is very professional, knows the market, has a contact for everything we needed done before the sale, and he is easy to talk to and fun to work with. Communication is key, and Stephen was in contact with us throughout the home selling process, letting us know what to expect each step of the way. He always responded to every query, big or small, in a timely manner, and we felt we had a great advocate on our side. Stephen's market knowledge helped us to realize what our property was worth, and he detailed all the pros and cons, so we knew exactly what to expect. Our expectations were exceeded at every turn. In our previous experience, agents would visit the property once, but Stephen stopped by a number of times before we listed and during the listing just to make sure everything was in order.
